Website Structure

The current website consists of three areas of English and Welsh law of tort - Defamation, Negligence and Trespass.

To narrow down the advice it is broken down into two more “sides”.

• The defendant - person being accused of the breach of rights.

• The claimant - person claiming that their rights were breached.

After picking "your side", the questions won’t use personal pronouns but rather state, “claimant” and “defendant”.
