In certain circumstances there are precautions which you could take but they are unreasonable, for example a claimant is claiming for negligence because they got hit with a ball during a baseball game. Firstly, such happening is a very low risk, secondly the whole stand should have been covered in order to prevent such damages. Those precautions are unreasonable and cannot be fulfilled thus the defendant would not be held liable.
